These terms apply to purchases made through insta360, operated by Analog Photomart. By using the website, customers agree to provide accurate order and contact information and to use the website lawfully.

Product information, availability, pricing, and order details are presented on the relevant product or checkout page. An order is accepted only when the store confirms it. If an item, price, or availability detail is incorrect, the store may contact the customer before fulfillment or cancel the affected order and return any payment received for that order.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 calendar days. Estimated transit time is 1–5 calendar days using available carriers. Free shipping is offered to the 50 United States. Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier operations, weather, address issues, or other events outside the store’s control.

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Ordinary returns must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. The merchant pays the return shipping cost for eligible returns. After a returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund is initiated within 10 calendar days and is sent to the original payment method where supported by the payment provider.
